PromatBD's state of the art manufacturing and machining centre in Walsall U.K. provides finished products to the
highest engineering standards. A series of rigorous staged inspections throughout the PromatBD manufacturing cycle
guarantees finished components are supplied to the highest quality.
We use the latest CNC production machinery to finish our extensive stocks of raw forgings and modify existing
stocks to meet each customer's specific requirements.
Our range of testing procedures includes:
- Non Destructive Testing ( instead of destructive testing ) including in
house MPI, DPI, PMI, UT & Ferritescope to PCN / ASNT Levels
- CMM Automated measuring facilities
